We supply imported and locally manufactured goods for all grades of small scale and industrial.

Through the combined skills and expertise employed throughout our business, Element4 has become true specialists in all forms of supply of our services for small and large scale. This enables Element4 to provide a variety of services that are tailor-made to our customer’s business and end-customer’s requirements, whilst leveraging the synergies of our customer base where practically possible. Element4 (Pty) Ltd currently supplies these products and other related commodities to the diverse industries and commodity dealers. 2. Business Overview

Element4 operates a network footprint within Gauteng and through this network we are responsible for service delivery to active Element4 clients. Setting us apart from competitors is our proven track record, our knowledge, experience and reputation gained over more than 5 years of combined experience in our directorship of managing various service providers. This ensures peace of mind for new and existing customers as yourselves.

To guarantee the coordination and execution of vital operational functions across the business we have offices and a warehouse based in Midrand.

You will have access to quality shredding machines and installation, a comprehensive supply and logistics network, operated by experienced, skilled and passionate people and supported by hands on approach and pro-active communication, allowing us to capture the benefits of economies of scale. In addition, we provide an extended service offering of non-contract buying solutions aligned to each client’s underlying supply chain strategy with a constant drive to achieve continuous improvement to the benefit of our customers.

This we have done through CSI initiatives of some of our blue-chip companies. As a display of our versatility and unique service offering, value added services can be provided in procurement management. The costs associated with the value-added services can be discussed, should the interest for these services arise with the client.

5. Management Approach

As mentioned above, the client’s operations will be managed through the Midrand Office. Operationally all the product and transportation will be from our Midrand office as well.. Furthermore, we will execute an account management approach to the client’s account as this is critical in building relationships and ensuring a seamless flow of information and communication. The organogram and table below shows the anticipated allocation of resources of which will be allocated to the client’s account.

6. Reporting: Single Version of the Truth (SVOT)

Element4 will provide centralised reporting and consolidation of results based on the client’s requirements. Element4’s internal measures are aligned with the measurements of financial, performance based and agreed Key Performance Indicators, as well as daily business communication, which allows for better management decision making. Customised reporting is a key service within Element4’s service offering and we aim to offer our Principals the most effective reporting methods through extensive data recording processes within our operational and transactional systems, coupled with the advanced deployment of
leading business intelligence tools. We further extend the impact that our Visibility platform provides through the application of the information to strengthen alliances between our Customers and the trade, enhancing our Principals’ position with them. We are able to add this value as our Systems and Reporting capabilities are recognised and trusted by the trade as a source of the SVOT

 There are two complementary mechanisms for delivering unified reports and information,
notably:

1. Operational Reports directly from our Operations Management System(s); and
2. Consolidated Reports and Business Intelligence

Element4’s solution provides product quality testing, weighbridge reconciliation as well as all the administrative functionality required in order to completely manage a client’s product and transportation needs. Included in the Element4’s service offering, but not limited to, are\

7. Key Performance Indicator Measures 

KPI’s form the core of our SVOT reporting function. The table below provides generic key performance measurements against which Element4 can be measured against on a monthly (operational), quarterly and annual (contract) basis by the client. These targets will be measured as a percentage, which will be agreed up-front between Element4 and the client.

A unique set of KPI measures can be formulated according to the client’s requirements. Subsequent corrective action plans will then be implemented through a mutually agreed SLA, to support continuous improvement:
