Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, dimensions of your package, and/or your chosen shipping destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: R100 – Estimated delivery within 2 – 5 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R2000.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, postal service delays, and customs clearance (for international orders) can affect delivery times.

Domestic (within South Africa):  Standard Shipping: 2 – 5 business days

International (to SADC): Delivery times for international orders vary significantly. Please allow 4 – 8 business days for delivery. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs regulations.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to all countries in SADC. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] to inquire about shipping options.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
